First of all there is no way of knowing what books a professor will assign for a class so telling students (who are likely already short of money) to purchase extra books before you even get to college is ridiculous! I'm almost done with my second year of college and unfortunately have not had to read a single book of literature. It's all readers and textbooks... unless you're a Literature/English major. This post here is completely unrelated to college. It should be titled, "Good books you should try to read if you're not swamped with college reading" I completely disagree with this list, in more ways than one.
